Excellent service. Friendly and professional. Tested just about everything under the sun and was able to provide an excellent report which really provided good leverage when dealing with the sellers to make some repairs. It's obvious he has a lot of experience, in addition to academic knowledge, on residential construction and upkeep. I highly recommend him. He's only slightly more expensive than the normal going price, but I feel it was worth it.

Scott was great, he was in time, which is a great way to start. He explained to me how the inspection would go, and he took his time to point out various things in every inch of the house. The items he pointed out I would've never found, and this is a new construction home. He sent me a full report with pictures sooner than what he told me, and followed back up with me the next day to make sure I received them and answered my follow up questions. Very professional and I felt great about going into closing knowing Scott looked over the home with me.
